Two out of gauge transports (3rd category) and final installation on site with two cranes
Publié le 22 July 2021Deadline for obtaining transport authorizations plus two days of routing, a full week passed between the loading of those two huge tanks at the port of Bayonne and their final installation with two 200 tons cranes on the industrial site of Lacq.
Those two tanks of 29 meters long – 4.3 meters high and 53 tons per unit were shipped from Turkey to take place in Lacq in the Pyrénées-Atlantiques. Their objective will be to store the liquid CO2 generated by bioethanol manufacture for using it in other areas and thus achieve a circular economy that is more beneficial for the environment.
